Watercolor Stained Glass Effect Card

Last watercolor card, until I get the urge to do more!

On this card, I used 1/8-inch adhesive (Scrappy Tape, basically like Scor-Tape, but a bit cheaper) to make a geometric pattern, then pressed silver glitter onto the adhesive. Scrappy Tape is pretty sticky, so I've not had issues with glitter coming off of it once I've pressed it down into the tape firmly and shaken off the excess. After that, I watercolored each white space with a different color. The frame and "congrats" were cut with the Silhouette Cameo (the weld feature comes in handy).
