That pink watercolor effect patterned paper I've had for several years now, again, yay to using hoarded supplies. I got it while still living at my mom's house the year after moving back from Tucson, at a nearby scrapbook store that's since closed. Background misted with black Glimmer Mist and a bit of white Mister Huey's, over a Pink Paislee mask. Title cut using Silhouette Cameo and journaling spot from Hambly.

Hello There Layout
Layout of a cute picture of Evie taken while on a trip in Rocky Point last summer with some friends:

Twine Heart Hello Love Card
I had some time and was inspired to make a card for this week's Tuesday Trigger (Cross My Heart) at Moxie Fab World.
The trigger picture, originally from Craftberry Bush:
My card, using the turquoise, pink, and red from the trigger picture, as well as the stitched heart theme:
I used Peppermint Divine Twine to stitch over the heart on the tag. I also used used three different border stamps to stamp the background, each in a different color, after masking off the red frame.

Family Layout for Daycare
For several months now, we've been getting notes (probably about once a month) asking that parents make a family scrapbook page to be put up on the walls of the daycare. I kept putting it off because not only am I lazy, but I also prioritized other craft projects ahead of a layout for daycare. Finally though, after the last note I got a few weeks ago, I put together a layout:
With the exception of a few pieces of more recent patterned paper, most of the paper from this layout came from a Black Market Paper Society Lucky 'n Love collection pack that I got several years ago at a CKC Convention (not even sure that the company is still around - I couldn't find anything on Google). Yay to using up my supply stash.

Confetti Window Card
A window card for the Make a Card with a Window Challenge at Moxie Fab World:
The punching of the confetti and sewing of the vellum actually took a bit of time. I initially thought about mass producing this for an upcoming card exchange, but nixed that idea after I saw how long one card was taking.
Inspiration for the card was this project:
It makes me want to learn how to knit, but I've decided that self-taught is not a successful method of learning knitting for me.
I started editing my photos using some of the tips in this tutorial: how to photograph and edit layouts. It's been a good resource for learning how to make a few quick enhancements in Photoshop Elements that I used to try to do manually.
